Return Policy

All sales are final for HVAC General Parts sold on Smartech’s website. Orders for Standardised and Customised Smartech Products can be cancelled subject to the Conditions of Sale here. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for products damaged in transit and for products incorrectly delivered by Smartech.

Refunds and Exchanges

If your product is damaged in transit, please reject upon arrival, and send in your claim to returns@smart-hvac.com.my within 7 days of the date of delivery. Smartech will process the evaluation once the returned product is received at our end, and we will email you to arrange for a replacement of the product or refund to you.

Customers may only return products incorrectly delivered by Smartech, and receive a refund or exchange on the following conditions:

Smartech accepts no responsibility for any loss of or damage to products in transit from Customer to Smartech or for any items received by Smartech with them.

Upon receipt of the damaged or incorrect product, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the purchase price of the damaged or incorrect product including the original shipping cost and return shipping cost.

Refund and exchange request cannot be made in the following cases:

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as reasonably practicable.

We regret to inform you that any cancellation due to a change of mind will not be accepted. If the product delivered is the correct product purchased and is not defective, it will not be considered for a refund.

We can provide an exchange only if the product is damaged upon delivery. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item including the shipping cost.

Freight fee shall be borne by Smartech provided that the product meets our Return Policy.
