  We are a Specialist Manufacturer & Distributor of Industrial, Residential, Commercial and Custom-built 

  air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment including split air-conditioners, electric chillers, packaged 

  air-conditioners, precision air-conditioners, air-handling units, fancoils and condensing units. In line 

  with our rapid growth and expansion, we seek to recruit talented and motivated individuals to join

        1. Engineers for Production Dept, Export Sales Dept, Service Dept & Electrical 

            Switchboard Dept (at Nilai, Negeri Sembilan)


           Responsibilities & Work Scope:


  • Responsible to supervise, oversee and support a team of staff at the production, service, electrical 
      and export sales departments.
  • To ensure safety & health rules are observed at all times;
  • To develop and improve processes where applicable;

           Qualification & Experience:


  • Minimum Bachelor of Engineering degree in either mechanical, electrical or electronics engineering. 

       Graduates from reputable universities in USA, UK and Auatralia are prefereed, in particular, those with 

       Masters or PhD degrees

  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English

       2. Sales Admin Executive (1 position at P Jaya Office)


           Responsibilities & Work Scope:


  • Sales Administrative duties such as Sales Billings and documentation, filing, typing and 
       general administrative matters.
  • Administrative and Control of the Sales Dept, including catalogues, manuals, etc.

           Qualification & Experience:


  • Diploma in Secretarial or equivalent
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Females with minimum 2-5 years working experience preferred
  • Salary will commensurate with qualification and experience.


       3. Accounts Executives (2 positions)


           Responsibilities & Work Scope:  


  • Candidate will responsible to maintain monthly financial report and accounting related task
  • Preparation of costing
  • Manage Cashflow
  • Preparation of tax computation, deferred taxation
  • Able to handle trade banking matter
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when assign.        
                   

          Qualification & Experience :              


  • Diploma in Accounting or Degree in Accounting or equivalent.                                
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and any other accounting software.
  • Knowledge in SAP system will add advantages.                              
  • Able to work with minimum supervisor while maintaining focus, productivity and deadline.
  • Positive attitude, energetic approach and self-motivation are all essential. 
  • Minimum 1 - 5 years working experience.

       4. Accounts Assistant / Accounts Clerk  (1 position)   


           Responsibilities & Work Scope:                                            


  • Handles daily accounting related function                            
  • Assist in preparing costing                            
  • Maintain good records of accounting entries.                                   
  • Prepare payment and staff claim matters of the company                           
  • Prepare and reconcile AP & AR schedules                           
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned                        


           Qualification & Experience:                                       


  • Diploma in Accounting                                   
  • Knowledge in SAP system will add advantages.                              
  • Able to work with minimum supervision while maintaining focus, productivity and deadlines
  • Positive attitude, energetic approach and self-motivation are all essential                          
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience.

      5. Office Clerks (3 positions each in Nilai)


          Responsibilities & Work Scope:


  • To assist in typing, emailing, filing of documents, photocopy, data entry & recording, etc


         Qualification & Experience:


  • Minimum SPM graduate with good spoken and written English;
  • Female candidates of age between 20 to 30 years old preferred
  • Salary will commensurate with qualification and experience.


      6. Secretary to Managing Director (1 position at Nilai, N Sembilan)


          Qualification & Experience:

 

  • Diploma in Secretarial or equivalent
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Females with minimum 2-5 years working experience preferred
